It’s always good to celebrate the people we love, particularly this year! Show your Valentine how grateful you are to have them in your bunker with you by making this Dark Chocolate Tart. It was inspired by a recipe in Erin French’s cookbook, The Lost Kitchen. I’m obsessed! It’s got three layers of chocolate – a crunchy cookie crumb crust, a dark chocolate pudding filling, and it’s topped with silky ganache. It’s easy to make and so delicious!!
