Valentine’s Day is next Tuesday so to mark the occasion, we’re having a week-long celebration of - what else?? - CHOCOLATE!!  The first treat is homemade Rum Raisin Truffles – they’re the perfect balance of sweet milk chocolate, raisins, and spicy dark rum.  Chocolate truffles sound as though they would be hard to make but I’ve taken all the stress out for you.
