What's on the table with Vogue's Chloe Malle?

I decided I had to make a "cool girl" drink for the Editor of Vogue magazine, so I decided to try an Americano. An Americano is similar to a Campari soda, but the sweet vermouth adds another layer. It's my new favorite drink! I love a simple, elegant cocktail you can make with what you already have on your bar cart.

Americano
Makes 1 drink

1 1/2 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Sparkling water, such as Sanpellegrino
1 Orange slice

Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add the Campari and sweet vermouth. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with the orange slice.
