I always loved making Thanksgiving dinner but now I love it even more! Ever since I wrote my last book Make it Ahead, I’ve been making my Make Ahead Roast Turkey - it’s not only easier but you, uh, make it ahead! I put a big puddle of Make Ahead Turkey Gravy on an ovenproof platter, slice the turkey on top (long before guests arrive!), and reheat the whole thing before dinner. Perfect Thanksgiving turkey and no one had to see you wrestle that turkey onto that platter!
