We had a few snow days last week, so I decided to stay warm by testing Bourbon Sours with the different bourbons we’ve collected over the years. (I love my job!)
Whiskey Sours were my dad’s favorite drink. When I was a little girl, he’d let me eat the maraschino cherry, which of course gave me a fondness for the drink. I don’t usually order them at restaurants because they’re often made with sour mix, but at home, with fresh juice, they’re so delicious.
Since all the bottles we tested were good bourbons, there wasn’t a clear winner once the drinks were mixed—they were all good!
