Show Dad some love this Father’s Day with Short Rib Hash & Eggs for breakfast – it’s a real “Dad” thing!   If you don’t have leftover short ribs, you can make the hash with roast beef, kielbasa, baked ham – whatever you have handy.  (I pick up cooked short ribs the day before from our local BBQ joint!) This is a Father’s Day breakfast he’ll always remember and (shhhh) he’ll never know it took you no time at all to make!
