What’s more romantic for Valentine’s Day than a trip to Paris? My special Barefoot in Paris premieres this Sunday at 1 pm ET on Food Network and it’s all about the fusion of French and American food - Lobster Rolls with Beurre Blanc at Frenchie To Go, Pear Clafoutis at Spring, and Sea Bream Ceviche at the restaurant Ellsworth. I also made cocktails – my favorite whiskey sours! – at the Hotel Meurice and assembled Pastrami Tartines at Poilane bakery. Then Jeffrey and I took the boat ride of a lifetime right down the Seine.
