When it comes to summer holidays, I love to serve the classics – hot dogs, hamburgers, coleslaw, and potato salad. But I want to be sure each dish tastes better than you remember from summers past. Recently, I revisited my classic Vegetable Coleslaw from The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook, gave it a little update, and created a new side salad that I can’t wait to make this weekend. And the best part is - you don’t even have to turn on the oven!
