I recently had a conversation with Sofia Coppola where she talked about how collaborative and FUN it is to gather a crew together to make a film. I feel exactly the same way about making cookbooks. It’s all people. Developing recipes is just one part. The fun is testing the recipes and building something together with photographers, food stylists, and editors. Everyone talks about AI, but a cookbook is still this handmade product created with a wonderful group of people.
