One-Dish Comfort Food

With Mardi Gras coming up I’m thinking about making Jamabalya this week. It’s the best one-dish comfort food, especially if you’re cooking for a crowd. This is a take on a classic recipe with rice, shrimp, spicy sausage, lots of vegetables, but I’ve added some whole chicken thighs as well. Make sure to add white wine and scrape up the browned bits in the pot—that’s a key to really great flavor!
