For New Year’s Eve, I love to make something luxurious like Filet Mignon with Mustard and Mushrooms. The tender beef and rich mustard, cream, and Cognac sauce are so delicious, not to mention the sautéed wild mushrooms piled on top!  A special dinner with a good bottle of Burgundy, surrounded by the people you love is the perfect is way to ring in a happy New Year!!
