What’s more classic for Easter than mustard and herb Rack of Lamb with Parmesan Roasted Asparagus and Orzo with Roasted Vegetables?? This is one of my all-time favorite menus because it’s SO delicious and no one will ever know how easy it was for you to make. (Plus, a lot of it can be made ahead.)

Don’t forget to get some jelly beans to decorate those Coconut Cupcakes!! Your guests will be so happy. Happy Easter everyone!
