When friends come for dinner on a warm summer night, I love to serve drinks outside in the garden.  I crank up the tunes and make a big batch of cocktails, like my Dark Rum Southsides, to get the party started. With lots of rum, lime juice and fresh mint, they’re so refreshing and the perfect way to celebrate a beautiful summer evening!!
