Decadent Chocolate Cake for your Gluten-Free Valentine!

This rich, dark, fudgy chocolate cake is gluten-free, but your valentine will never know it!  I used Thomas Keller’s genius Cup 4 Cup gluten-free flour, along with a touch of coffee to make the chocolate taste even richer.  I'm thinking a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side couldn't hurt, either! Click here for the recipe.
