I always secretly look forward to snowstorms, as long as I'm at home with Jeffrey and lots of things to cook. Last weekend, I asked him what he wanted for dinner and he said, Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic. It had been awhile since I’d made it and I forgot what a soul-satisfying winter dish it is. The slowly cooked garlic becomes sweet and permeates the chicken with so much flavor! I also sautéed some French string beans and opened a big bottle of cold Chablis and we ate dinner in front of the fireplace. I hope it snows again soon!!
