I love a recipe that can become two different desserts and no one even knows! Whenever I host friends over a summer weekend, I’ll have homemade Orange Pound Cake and tea ready for when they arrive after the long trip.

The recipe makes two cakes, so the second one becomes an ingredient in Saturday’s dessert: Raspberry Orange Trifle! And the leftover tea goes in the fridge for iced tea for the rest of the weekend.
