What's the point of graduating if you don't have a party?!!

Here's a menu that won't stress anyone, including the host - everyone can have a wonderful time!

SLOW-ROASTED FILET OF BEEF WITH BASIL PARMESAN MAYONNAISE can be prepped early in the day and put in the oven two hours before everyone sits down. The Basil Parmesan Mayonnaise can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to a week. CHARLIE BIRD FARRO SALAD is barely cooking so it's really easy (and so good!); it's a salad and a side dish together.

And for dessert, my RASPBERRY PANNA COTTA is made a day or two in advance and the raspberry sauce and raspberries are spooned on top before serving.

A lunch or dinner where everything can be prepped in advance makes life so much easier! Have a wonderful graduation party - there is so much to celebrate!
