Easy Cheese Platter

  • Flat green leaves, such a fig leaves
  • Large bunch of green grapes
  • Fig preserves
  • Blue cheese, such a Roquefort
  • Fresh goat cheese, such as Fleur Verte
  • Soft ripening cheese, such as Brie
  • Round cheese, such Camembert
  • Fresh figs
  • Dried apricots
  • Crackers

Line a round platter or board with the leaves and place the grapes in the middle to create a visual focal point.  Fill a small decorative bowl with fig preserves and place it to one side on the board.  Arrange the cheeses over the leaves, without crowding, and artfully arrange the figs, apricots and crackers around the cheeses.
