Beginner
  • Cold peach nectar, juice, or puree
  • Cold Prosecco
  • Thin wedges of fresh peach

Fill Champagne glasses 1/3 full with the peach nectar. Top off with cold Prosecco and add a wedge of peach to each glass. Serve ice cold.
