Summer Garden Pasta

My Summer Garden Pasta is the perfect hot weather dinner. The recipe may not be totally no-cook, but you don't cook the sauce and the pasta is done in just three minutes. I marinate cherry tomatoes, basil, and garlic in olive oil for four hours, then boil a pound of angel hair pasta and add it to the tomatoes with lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Click here for the recipe.
