Standard Shipping Orders placed by 10am ET will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding holidays. Orders received after 10am ET will be logged as received the next business day and processed within 48 hours of that order date.
Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order, depending on your location. We will ship backordered items as soon as they become available, at no extra shipping cost. If special delivery instructions are necessary, such as delivery to a back door, please provide this information to our customer service team when placing your order, so that your package can be delivered successfully.
Express Shipping Orders must be received by 10am, ET for next day delivery. Backordered items on an express order will be shipped via standard shipping. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will ship on the following Monday. Orders cannot be express shipped to APO-FPO addresses, PO boxes, and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations.
International Shipping
For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note Barefoot Contessa is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
To return your package please pack your items in the original packaging. Many of our items are fragile so please be mindful of breakable items and wrap them carefully in the bubble wrap provided. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Barefoot Contessa
