There's nothing more delicious for Easter than a beautiful Rack of Lamb.  It looks impressive and happily, it's incredibly easy to make!  This is one of my all-time favorite dinner party recipes, too, because I can season the lamb in advance and then just pop it in the oven before dinner.  Whatever you're celebrating this weekend, I hope you're spending it with people you love!
