Pumpkin is a great base for cupcakes, because it keeps the cake moist. I’ve added lots of pumpkin pie spices, like cinnamon and ginger, plus a frosting made with cream cheese and pure maple syrup. For Halloween, it’s fun to crumble some Heath Bars on top for added crunch. These Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Maple Frosting are a treat for both kids and grownups!!
