JOIN ME FOR DINNER!
I’m writing an e-cookbook using my Barefoot Contessa Sauté Dinners as the main ingredient. So many people have written that they’re personalizing the dinners by pairing them with interesting things- like serving the Penne Pasta with Five Cheeses with crusty garlic bread, or adding their favorite ingredients – like basil and cherry tomatoes. I’ve been experimenting, too – in almost no time at all, I made these elegant French Chicken Pot Pies with my Creamy Chicken Stew! (My guests thought I’d cooked all day!)
